Third son of Kochandy Vareeth’s first marriage.He married  Mariyamma of Valliyaara family of Kidangara.They had seven children.

            His house and  property were in Aarattuchira area, western side of cherukaarakunnu Thyvelipurayidam and the paddy field was at Umpizhichira. He was an enthusiastic agriculturist.  In those days he maintained sound financial background compared to other family members. He acquired his wealth by working hardly in agriculture . He also had cattle and grazed them in  cherukaarakunnu vacant land  . His two children also helped him in his farming. He was bed-ridden for three years. At this time Bishop Kalassery visited him at his residence and blessed him along with Rev Fr Philip Olassayil. He expired at the age of Ninety Two years on 08 August 1947. Sacred-rite of funeral ceremony was conducted by his son Rev Fr Philip Olassayil and he was buried in Changanachery Church.
