Youngest son of Kuruvilla Kochandy .Eldest son Kochandy Vareeth  had State Govt job..Second son  was a merchant, third son Thomma became a priest. Youngest  son Chandy was looking after family property. He married  Mammy  of Kollamparmbil Kurumpandom. Kollamparmabil family was one of the richest families of Kurumpanadom  .It was  customary that youngest son of the family inherited  the family house was still in vogue in Christian family. This system  he revoked  and stayed at Thoppil land at Umpizhichira. He managed lands at Umpizhichira ,Kunnakkat, Paippad and  Kidangara . He expired at the age of thirty three. His second son Chandy Scaria expired in his young age.
