Son of O G Michael and Brajeethamma was born in 1916. He married Eethamma, daughter of Dr K S Koshy and Mariyamma of  Kizhakkekuttu family of Kurumpanadom.

            He worked as work supervisor of Arch Diocese of Changanacherry. He was in charge of construction of Medical Mission Hospital/  Convent, Chethipuzha, Ittithanam Convent, Secred Heart convent, Parel, Vimala Hostel, Assumption College, St Joseph Hostel, S B College, Changanacherry.Later he started a joint venture with Eppachan Kochery, at Kangagad in manufacturing concrete electric poles for KSEB, Kerala. On completion of this, he took contract works of  Chanaganacherry Municipality. Expired on  01 Jan 1970 and cremated at Metropolitan Church of Changanacherry.On his expiry wife, Eethamma(Claramma) disposed the land at Changanacherry and migrated to Kurumpanadom under the umberlla of her younger brother K George of Kizakkekuttu, bought four acres of land at her birth place.Ethamma expired on 08 Dec 2013at the age of 88 years at the residence of her eldest son Michael Thomas and buried in the family tomb of Assumption Church of Kurumpanadom.

            O M Thomas has two sons and five daughters, namely Michael Thomas, Leelamma, Joy Thomas, Mariyamma, Molyamma, Kunjmol and Tsamma.
