Son of O C Varghese and Elykutty. After stuidies in SB High School and SB College, he passed B Sc from St Joseph's College, Trichy in 1948. He completed his studies from Indian Institute of Sugar Technology, Kanpur in 1952 and worked in many sugar factories in the North India in senior positions. He then joined Fertilizer Corporation of India Ltd, Sindri, Bihar in 1956 and after 30 years of meritorious service, he retired from in May-1985 after making significant contributions in the prosperity and growth of this company. After retirement he worked as a Consultant in PPCL, Bihar. He then settled in Kochi and now leading a retired life. He married Sicily, Akkara family. He has 6 children --Male-5 Female-1 | |
