The third son of O. M. Joseph, Michael Joseph ( Joychan ) was born on 02 Jan 1955. He has completed his B. Sc. After graduation from  S B College he joined Modi Rubber Ltd, Ernakulam as an Asst Administer and retired as Senior Administer Officer. He married to Micheala, BSc, and Production supervisor of AVT Bio-Tech, Ernakulum D/O Sebastian and Achamma of Pynadath, Karukutty, Ernakulam. She took voluntary retirement from AVT. They have to daughters. They are settled at Kakkanad, Ernakulam.
