• Born in 1887
• Married Mariyamma of Niranam family, Changanacherry
• They had 2 children -a son Chandichen  and a daughter who died in her infancy
• He cultivated land he inherited from his father and also engaed in business
• He died at an young age due to stomach infection. The cultivation and business were then looked after by his wife's brothers and lateron  son Chandichen also got trained and involved in these activities.
• Mariyamma died in 1973
