Passed B.A from S.B College Changanacherry and MA from Loyala College, Madras Worked as lecturer in St Berchman's College, Changanacherry for 5 years. Thereafter got selected in government services and joined as Lecturer in Govt. Victoria College, Palakkad and later promoted as Professor. He served in many Govt.Colleges in Malabar as Professor in Economics He served as Principal in Govt. College, Kasaragod for a short period Was member  Board of studies, Faculty of Humanities ,Kerala State Institute of languages of Calicut University. After retiring from Govt. services, he devoted his entire time in various activities of Palakkad diocese. He  was the first secretary of Pastrol Council, of Palakkad Diocese and served as Visiting Professor in Minor Seminary. Later he was leading a retired life. He fell sick and expired on 16th January 2014.
