Eldest son of Kochandy Vareeth was born on 1850.He married  Annamma of Karthikappaly family of Vettithuruthu,Changanacherry. Meanwhile his father’s brother  Kochandy Chandy died due to heart attack. They had lot land. He was advised by  the elders to look after his aunt, a widow  and  three children of Kochandy Chandy . So, he with his wife shifted to Kochandy Chandy’s Thoppil house. Once the children reached maturity,  he moved to another house which he constructed at Arrattu Chira near S H High School. He had five acres of  land and paddy filed. Presently this land is not with Olassa family. Simultaneously he supervised Kochandy Chandy’s family’s day to day matters. He died of rabies at the age of 38.
